Subscription-based learning services
Digital learning materials and downloadable content

Before completing a purchase, learners receive clear information about the course, duration, access, and content.
Once access is granted to a course or learning module, it is considered delivered, and no refund will be provided

A transaction was charged in error and verified by our finance department.

If a learner chooses to cancel or terminate their enrollment early for any reason, the amount paid will not be refunded.

In the rare event that Info Sys Asia Academy cannot deliver the purchased course due to internal or technical issues, we will offer:
A replacement course of equal value, or
A course credit that can be applied to a future enrollment.

6. Digital Products and Certificates
All digital content, including e-learning materials, certificates, and downloadable files, is considered final upon delivery.
Once accessed, downloaded, or viewed, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
